Reservations during Covid 19

Customer's right to cancellation of the reservation during the pandemic covid 19

At the time of pandemic with covid-19, should the customer wish to change or cancel a reservation, this must be done in written form (email or fax).

 

In case of cancellation of the booked accommodation, the agency will apply the following rules:

 

- In case of cancellation up to 7 days before the start of using the service, the advance payment is returned to the guest minus banking and administrative costs.

 

- In case of cancellation less than 7 days before the start of the service, the advance payment (approx. 20-25% of the total amount of accommodation) will be left to the agency as reimbursement of the reservation costs.

 

Should the customer not arrive at the booked accommodation unit before midnight on the arrival date, and the customer has not informed tourist agency, the reservation is considered to be cancelled, and therefore the cancellation costs will be charged as described above.
